For your chance to win, purchase a minimum of one domestic/residential Rheem hot water unit of these models 125 Litre, 160 Litre, 315 Litre, 400 Litre units at any Hardware & General store between 12 October 2020 and 22 November 2020 and enter your details on via our online entry form www.hg.com.au

Rheem Hot Water Competition starts on 12/10/2020 and ends at midnight on 22/11/2020. The competition shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. This competition is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

Entrants must submit a valid email address in order to be eligible. All entrants and winners must be at least 21 years of age. Submitting an entry does not guarantee the entrant will win the grand prize. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the competition are ineligible, null and void. H&G will not be responsible for and will not consider any incomplete or incorrect entries. H&G is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by H&G for any reason. Employees of H&G and each of its respective affiliates and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children and their spouses, and siblings and their spouses) of each and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win Rheem Hot Water Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

By entering the competition you give permission to Hardware & General Supplies Limited to contact you with marketing messages, special offers, invitations and all other communications. We will not sell your name to a third party. Non-Account holders are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.

The prize winner will be notified by email on or about 10/12/2020. It is the winner’s responsibility to respond to the email notification, otherwise, the prizes are forfeited. The winner may be announced to all entrants on or about 10/12/2020 via Facebook. H&G reserves the right to condition the award of the prizes upon the execution by the winner of a publicity release. Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrant to use the entrant’s name (first name and last initial, without compensation to the entrant) if the entrant is a winner to publicise the entrants and otherwise, as determined by H&G unless prohibited by law.

By entering this competition, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these competition rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to this competition. This is an irrevocable condition of entry. The personal information entrants provide in connection with the competition may be used for H&G’s internal purposes and to send entrants information about H&G’s products but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the competition or as required by law.

H&G, its officers, directors, employees, successors, or assigns shall not be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of the prizes by any recipient. H&G is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfilment of this competition, including without limitation mechanical, human, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this competition based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

The Prize winner will be chosen at random from a list of all eligible entries. The odds of winning the Rheem Hot Water Competition depend upon the number of valid entries received and cannot be determined in advance. Winners will be determined by H&G and the results of the determination are indisputable and final. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the email address associated with an entry, “Authorised account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address and invoice/receipt of the purchase of any of product at any Hardware & General store.
